About ClearTimecard

ClearTimecard is an independent site with simple, accurate time card calculators for employees, small business owners and anyone who has to turn time in and time out into hours and pay.

How we keep the math right

• All time math is done in whole minutes and money in whole cents, so there are no rounding drift errors.
• The overtime rules are written against the official sources (U.S. Department of Labor, eCFR and the California DIR) and checked with automated tests that run every scenario in our guides.
• Pages show which rule set was used and what is not covered.
