Privacy Policy

Effective 2026-11-03

What you enter stays on your device

Times, breaks, rates, employee names and pay results are stored only in your browser's local storage so your work is there when you return. They are not sent to us. Clearing your browser data or pressing Clear removes them.

Hosting

The site is hosted on Cloudflare, which processes standard request data (such as IP address and browser type) to deliver and protect the site. We may use Cloudflare Web Analytics, which does not use cookies, to count visits.

Pro purchases and license keys

Payments are processed by Gumroad; we do not see your card details. To turn on Pro, your browser sends your license key to Gumroad's license API to check that the membership is active. The key is saved in your browser.

Children

The site is not directed to children under 13.

Changes

If this policy changes we will update the date above.
